Hotel Avenida - Pamplona

The hotel is in a central location, making it easy to explore. Reception hours were very limited, made check-in difficult.

The receptionist who was there in the afternoon was super nice. The hall is cute, the room was clean. The location is comfortable because in a short walk of less than 10 minutes, you're in the historical center. The wifi worked well.

Tiny room. Terrific mattress, all the springs sticking out.. I had read in the comments that in the morning the garbage truck wakes you up and indeed, at 06:40 you suddenly hear it as if it were passing by. The soundproofing is terrible. Also when you take a shower or flush the toilet in other rooms, you can hear the water falling as if you were right there. Breakfast, that's all. If you are a vegan you can only have peach in syrup, a canned juice, and little else. I'm very sorry for the bad review but personally, for this price I don't go crazy.

- Location is great, right next to the Old Town and Bus Station. About a 5 - 7 EUR taxi ride from the train station, and about 10 - 15 EUR taxi ride from the airport. Clean enough, and hotel staff is really friendly.

- Hotel is old, furnishings are outdated, not exactly a stylish place. It's enough if you just need a cheap place to stay.

Receiving check-in details in advance is crucial!!! Unstable internet in the rooms needs serious attention!!! Limited reception hours could leave guests frustrated!!!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main square and surrounded by vibrant eateries and sights to explore. The room was clean and had a lovely city view. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for our outings.

One downside was the limited parking availability, a bit challenging to find a spot.

The parking is expensive and outside the building. The elevator starts after several steps. Not adapted to disabled people.

The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city! Great for exploring. One drawback was the limited reception hours, made check-in tricky. Overall a good experience 😊

Hotel is within the walking distance to the Pamplona Center and an excellent value for the money. Staff was very helpful and friendly. When next time in Pamplona for San Fermin I will definetly stay there again.

Pleasant hotel, nice room, quiet and staff were helpful although limited English but we managed no problem.

Wasn't so obvious when we found it, from the picture on the web site, as the front of the hotel makes it look like it's all closed up. A walk round the side to find the door for reception but minor detail and i'm sure they have plans to make this better in the future.
